We are looking for management staff with retail experience in women’s apparel, who have a proven ability to lead successful selling environments, who have merchandising creativity, and who through the dedication of starting something new want to grow their career.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: •Lead team with integrity and motivation to achieve assigned sales volume goals. Assist in developing sales plans and incorporate motivational methods of attainment •Train and provide ongoing coaching to a staff of 8-10 in all areas of our business including selling techniques, operations, merchandise standards, product information and customer scenarios. •Identify and maintain partnerships within the active community, key influencers, FOL; host events and be an expert on local market demands and competitors •Assist in company implementations •Obtain and communicate customer needs and feedback to District Manager and company members. •Assist in hiring, scheduling, personnel performance writing and identifying future talent.
